Our client, a provider of healthcare, retirement and employee benefit administration seeks a qualified Director to manage a Dental Center in lower Manhattan.

 

The person selected for this position will manage the daily operations of a state of the art dental facility with a staff of 45 and provide strategic, long term planning for the continued growth and success of the center.

 

The Director will develop and maintain policies, procedures and protocols for the center; insure continuing education requirements are met and that licenses are up to date for all professional staff; ensure compliance to all OSHA and HIPAA standards; oversee recruitment, hiring, discipline and termination of staff as required; oversee budget and expenditures. Most importantly, the Director will ensure that the center is managed to treat all customers at a very high level.

 

The candidates we want to talk to will be licensed to practice Dentistry in the State of New York and have personally provided dental services for a minimum of 10 years. You should bring a minimum of 3-5 years management experience managing a dental center and supervising professional, skilled and administrative staff. You should be as comfortable working with patients and staff as you are handling the business side of your responsibilities with the executive team.
