This individual will be responsible for the overall direction of the Home Health agency.  This includes assuring quality services; developing all agency programs including financials, budget development, quality improvement and patient satisfaction; and supervising daily operations and staff development.

We are seeking a true leader with vision and a dedication to excellence.  The qualified candidate will be an IL licensed RN with BSN (Master’s preferred).  Must have 3 years of home health management experience, thorough knowledge of reimbursement payment systems and working knowledge of Federal, State and JCAHO guidelines.
