We have an opportunity for you to expand your skills as our Director of Staff Education & Training.  We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team at our inpatient psychiatric hospital.  We provide the highest quality mental health and substance abuse care to adults, geriatrics, and adolescents.

 

Pembroke Hospital is seeking an ideal candidate to develop and coordinate our educational training activities to meet the learning needs of our employees.  Responsible for new hire trainings, ongoing retraining of staff and the coordination and implementation of our annual training process.  Continuous follow through and evaluation of programs and training to assure effectiveness.

 

Requirements:  Current RN License required. Bachelor’s level RN required and Masters preferred.  5 years psychiatric nursing – inpatient setting – some previous teaching experience preferred.
