Nationwide Children’s Hospital, a 353-bed facility is among the most comprehensive free-standing, pediatric academic medical centers in the nation. Children’s provides care for pediatric patients at all acuity levels including the most critically ill and injured, with approximately 750,000 outpatient visits and over 13,000 inpatient admissions annually.

 

We are currently seeks a Director of Patient Accounts to be responsible for managing and overseeing Patient Accounts for the Hospital and its physician corporation’s activities including patient billing, collections, managed care review, and departmental administration.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s in accounting or business administration, CMPA preferred; 5-7 years of functional experience in patient billing, registration and collections; 3+ years management experience; strong computer skills with significant system implementation & automation experience, EPIC revenue cycle system experience preferred.
