Director Product Development- Uniprise Southwest Region

Conceptualize, research, target, develop, test and roll-out new programs and services. Manage multiple and/or complex project plans to ensure that development initiatives stay on course and on time. Direct product, market and customer research to qualify program development ideas and quantify business opportunity. Create and manage project plans and development budgets for multiple initiatives. Organize and lead multi-departmental work teams to design and implement new programs and services. Work with finance to design cost and pricing models that maximize sales and marketing potential of the program. Conduct industry and customer surveys and/or focus groups to evaluate program design, positioning and price. Work with Leadership, to create marketing and sales materials, as well as launch strategy and marketing communications plan. Train sales and account management staff in the specifics of the new program, and keep them informed of new developments and enhancements. Minimum 5 years experience managing large projects and/or leading multi-departmental workgroups. Proven success qualifying product opportunities, targeting markets, and designing viable programs, particularly in healthcare industry. Excellent team leadership and project management skills. Exemplary communication and organization skills. High energy, detail-oriented and creative individual with a sense of humor. A Bachelors degree with 7-10 years experience?healthcare preferred.
