Director, Statistical Services (Pricing and Reimbursement)

Principle Accountabilities:

This position will lead a team responsible for providing analytical and methodological support on quantitative pricing projects for the Pricing and Reimbursement practice. Responsibilities will include working with the consulting group to structure and design discrete choice exercises for inclusion in research with Payers, Physicians, and patients. They will also include leading the estimation and delivery of simulator tools feeding off the research using existing methodologies as well contributing to further improvements in Health discrete choice methodologies.

Proven experience designing and executing discrete choice studies is preferred. Familiarity with Hierarchical Bayesian modeling approaches and strong SAS and Excel skills is a plus.

The ideal candidate also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, familiarity with the pharmaceutical reimbursement environment, strong statistical and analytical skills, proven consulting abilities, strong project management skills, and experience managing staff. The ability to meet critical deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and manage the work of others is a must. Clear written and oral communications of technical and statistical language are required basic skills.

Education/Business Requirements:

Typically requires a Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience or a Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related area with 10+ years experience in research projects, survey methodology applications and project management.
