HealthGrades, the leading health care ratings company, currently has a full time consultant management position open. This challenging and exciting management position involves: 

• Managing, mentoring, and coaching a high performing team of consultants 

• Developing an effective development program for the consulting team  

• Working with client hospital senior leadership to assess the value of HealthGrades products and services

• Working with HealthGrades senior leadership to refine and improve the Strategic Quality Initiative product offering  




Skills, Experience: To join our highly qualified consulting team, candidates must: 




• Have expert consultant management and development skills and experience.  

• Extensive consulting experience with expert presentation and facilitation skills.  

• Strong leadership, management, organizational, and customer service skills. 

• Healthcare industry experience required. 

• Be an energetic leader, with positive approach to individual, team, and Company success. 

• Travel: up to 65% annualized national travel required. 

• Minimum of a four year college degree.  Graduate level education preferred. 

• Experience:  Minimum of ten years healthcare/business experience.  Minimum of 7 years of management experience.
