Director Women's Health Services

Requirements: Current RN License in State of Wisconsin. Bachelors in Nursing required; Masters Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred. 3-5 years in relevant management experience. Current experience in acute care women's services required. Experience required in wide range of women's services including L&D, Mom/Baby, Prenatal Assessment, Gyn. Description: The Nurse-Director is responsible for unit-based delivery of effective, efficient, high quality patient care. He/She is accountable for assigned area(s) of responsibility seven days a week, 24 hours a day. This position needs a strategic thinker, relationship builder and visionary values driven person to mentor and influence staff.
