This position is responsible for driving the development and implementation of eBusiness solutions for a portfolio of eBusiness products and services. The position is accountable for developing eBusiness strategy for the companies enterprise-wide Personal Health Record. In addition, the individual will play a lead role in developing the long-term eBusiness Strategy and Roadmap for the enterprise. Specific responsibilities include: - Management responsibility for 4 or 5 FTE's (eventaully) and related operating budget. Accountable for driving the integration of the companies PHR Strategy with Google Health, MicroSoft Health Vault and CVS Caremark's PHR Strategy. - Accountable for driving on-line volume for each feature/function of the assigned portfolio (targets established by VP, eBusiness & Technology) - Provide on going evaluation on the effectiveness, cost, and scalability Caremark's On Line Services, as assigned - Act as the primary interface to the Information Services Web Support Team, Google and MicroSoft to understand and meet technology needs. - Establish and provide on-going metrics for monitoring and reporting on the state of eBusiness solutions targeted at the stakeholders leveraging the assigned portfolio - Develop detailed business requirements in support of strategic initiatives for products within the assigned portfolio - Continue to identify opportunities to differentiate CVS Caremark with our PHR Strategy and continue to look for ways to increase traffic, transaction volumes and customer data collection for the company. - Support / interface with Sales and Account Management on all PHR related issues/questions Qualifications Required Strong project management background. Proven track record of delivering on large scale projects. Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget. Familiar with the culture/community of the World-Wide Web. Knowledge of Internet concepts and the latest developments on the web. Experience: 10+ years business experience preferrably 5 within a management capacity. Minimum of 5 years focused in the eBusiness/eCommerce arena - Demonstrated success in developing, designing, and deploying technology based solutions - Successful manager with the ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment - Proven ability to multi-task and leverage resources to meet demanding timelines - Must be a self-starter, demonstrating strong initiative and exhibiting high levels of energy with an ability to take an idea from concept to implementation in a systematic and responsive manner - Ability to develop and maintain a team of motivated and results-oriented staff - Proven track record in budget and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of assignments - Excellent analytic, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Progressive, successful career history with a multifacted background needed to effectively implement eBusiness solutions - Strong entrepreneurial/leadership traits and understanding of what it takes to succeed in a dymanic and ever-changing environment - Proven ability to work effectively in a highly disciplined, cross functional teams - Demonstrated success in implementing large-scale projects with the flexiblity to adapt to changing priorities - Extensive knowledge in evaluating business processes and developing eBusiness project requirements documents - Comphrehensive knowledge of PBM marketplace - Highly skilled presentation capabilities - Ability to manage diverse vendor relationships - Solid understanding of financial models Education: Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred *The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
