This position requires significant cold calling experience and the ability to create a need for change and strong closing skills. The focus of this executive will be growing the health care services market. This is a phenomenal compensation opportunity to earn upwards of $200K+.  Job DescriptionThe Director of Business Development represents the company in educating and introducing potential clients to Unidine through initial prospecting calls and repeat in-person visits to aggressively develop new business.  The Director of Business Development deals with a client to understand their current and future management service needs.  This position requires an expert skill set in conceptual selling and relationship building. He/She must apply his/her knowledge in negotiating with the client to develop an appropriate “win-win” solution and He/She must aggressively and continuously network to generate leads to establish prospects.  This position can be a home based position or based in our Newton, MA corporate headquarters. The Director of Business Development spends minimal time in the office.  Any time so spent should primarily be directed at establishing new contacts (prospecting) and setting initial/repeat visits to close new business for the company. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Five (5) plus years outside sales experience in a high level conceptual selling environment, prospecting and meeting senior level executives. Strong closing skills. High energy hunter mentality. Exemplary writing, listening, communication, relationship building and presentation skills. Familiarity with the health care market.   Experience in the service industry desirable. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university is desirable.  This position requires that you be able to travel up to 12 states.
