Director of Business Development for Acute Care Hospital - Previous Hospital Marketing Exp. Req'd!

The Vibra Healthcare Hospital System is seeking a Director of Business Development for our location in New Bedford, MA.  New Bedford Rehabilitation Hospital is a 90-bed acute care hospital specializing in treating patients who require at least 3-4 week of acute care hospitalization and medical rehabilitation.  The DBD is responsible for the development, networking, and education of health care sources, the general and professional community, leading to increase name and service recognition.  He/she functions as a member of the executive management team.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Business or Allied Health 

Previous health care marketing/sales experience. 

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. 

Strong leadership and management skills. 

Demonstrate qualities of self-motivation, good judgement, and organization. 

Knowledge of professional/community resource development.

Previous experience in a LTAC or Rehab Hospital a plus!
