Director of Communications- Eden Prairie

We serve a diverse customer base within the health care community, including health care payers, providers, employers, pharmaceutical companies, consumers, workers’ compensation and auto liability insurers, and government agencies.   Position will be within Risk Adjustment Programs and be responsible for overseeing member and physician communications relative to risk adjustment programs.  This position will work heavily with the client health plans, identify all member and provider touchpoints within the plan and evaluate ability to leverage each as a method for communicating to members and physicians about risk adjustment initiatives. Position will craft communications with input from client, clinical organization and provider outreach and champion communications through approval channels.  Will ensure that member communications secure legal and regulatory approval from client plans as necessary.  Ensure that member communications have supporting communications to physicians.  Ensure client plans are aware of all member and physician communications, benefits and impact to business.
