Director of Corporate Compliance

Role:

 

Manages the implementation of the Corporate Compliance, Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Plans; conducts data analysis and displays findings.  Develops organizational and educational programs and program materials to assure compliance with regulations and accrediting standards.

 

Qualifications:

 

•  Masters degree preferred; bachelor's degree required.  Experience in clinical field, health administration or other relevant discipline.  HCCA and CPHQ certifications preferred.

•  Prior management experience with interdisciplinary focus.

•  Demonstrated skills in fiscal management, written and oral communication, statistical tools, management of group dynamics, and conflict resolution.

•  Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively handle stress

•  Able to manage multiple software programs.

•  Valid driver's license and automobile insurance per LHPC policy and procedure.*

•  Ability to travel to off-site locations.

•  Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise a high degree of discretion and judgment.
