Director of Cost Accounting-Decision Support

Requirements: Bachelors Degree Finance, Accounting, Business or a related Field. 5 - 7 years experience.Must possess excellenet analystical skills, ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision, excellent oral and written communicatio skills, work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization or regional entity, able to respond in a timely manner and meet deadlines. Must promost and practice skills which exemplify the Francican values and philosphy regarding Human and Community Development and continuous Quality Improvement. Description: Under the supervision of the Corporate Director will assist in the conceptual design, maintenance and enhancement of an effective decision support system throughout the Wheaton Franciscan system. The Director Financial Database will be responsible for development of indiviudal procedure cost, department cost, program cost, and overall institutional operating cost; development of a department productivity monitoring system; development of any financial reporting; and support of budget development using the decision support system.
