This position will have responsibility for over 100 beds, have three managers reporting to it and be responsible for a total of five departments, including ICU, Stepdown (new unit), med-telemetry, respiratory therapy and dialysis. Necessary attributes include being an effective change agent, the ability to raise clinical practice levels and help them apply the Studer principles they are in the process of adopting.
