Director of HIM
Position ProfileThe Director of HIM manages the day-to-day operations of the department, including revenue cycle management, coding, transcription, and records compliance. This position reports to the CFO and provides leadership to three direct reports. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years HIM supervisory experience and possess RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a participative leadership style, with proven success in medical staff relationship management.
