Challenging position for a Director within the Central Business Office (CBO). The person in this position has management responsibility for 4 direct reports and additional line FTE's. The Director will be responsible for all CBO operations involved in the processing and resolution of accounts receivable, including but not limited to ensuring that all payer claims adjudication information is posted to the HPA system in a timely and accurate manner, timely resolution of credit balances, including payer initiated refund request correspondence and for ensuring that all monies are collected promptly. The Director will also monitor and recover third party payer underpayments, and be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely charge entry functions occur for both manually entered charges as well as interfaced charges.

Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business Administration. 5-7 years of healthcare related business office experience preferred. Must have data management experience to manipulate and analyze data. Must have a proven track record of process improvement, with a preference towards technology-based solutions. Must have experience in a complex environment that requires a change driven management style. Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
