RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordination of Medication Management Program Healthcare Provider Relations Resident Assessments Management of Resident Services Program Management of Dementia/ALZ Program

REQUIREMENTS: Current California Nurse license MINIMUM 3 years managerial/supervisory experience Home Health, Assisted Living or Long Term Care background
