DIRECTOR OF NURSING,  LONG-TERM CARE

Directing the clinical and administrative functions of the 574-bed Long-Term Care Division and liaising closely with other Medical Center departments, your communication skills and project management/problem solving abilities will take us to the next level. As you bring your strong analytical skills and sharp focus to matters of quality and cost containment, you will always be considering the impact of change on other departments. Your input will cover the broadest spectrum of activities, including all areas of staff development and customer service management. Here’s the all-encompassing, career-enhancing role that will utilize every one of your outstanding talents.  

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Master’s Degree preferred. Current NJ RN license and 5 years experience in clinical area required, plus minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Long-Term Care area, with demonstrated executive and leadership ability.
