Director of Nursing

Long Term Care/Assisted Living facility located in the Northeast Pennsylvania area has an opening for a Director of Nursing.

We would also consider an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is ready for the next step in their career.

You'll be working in a very professionally run facility with management that cares about its employees needs too.

The successful candidate MUST have the following:

- Pennsylvania RN license a must with strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations.

- 3+ years experience in a long term care or Assisted Living facility

- 3+ years experience in a management role. (you will be the direct report for all nursing (RN's, CNA's, etc..) within the skilled nursing unit.
