Our client, Milton Hershey School, has engaged our firm to conduct an exclusive and fully retained search for their next “Director of Nursing and Medical Services”.  This very special and unique leader will direct child-centered health-care services to Milton Hershey School's student population of over 1700 students from the Elementary, Middle and Senior School Divisions.  The position is responsible for the planning and implementation of child and adolescent community and school health care services including all specialty medical services provided to students. This includes oversight of the facilities, services, policies, staff and finances of all of the Medical Services and provides leadership to the school population on student wellness.
