Because just as  you strive to give each patient all that you have, we strive to do the same  for you.  This position is responsible for the overall planning, development, implementation and completion of all system related construction, design, renovation and special projects.  The position will include design management, construction management, equipment management, preferred contractor relationships and other special project management. The position acts as the owner's representative to all system related projects overseeing the development of plans, design, construction and completion.  This will include placement and management of equipment systems, contractors, etc. This position will provide lead planning services on all system related projects to ensure these projects are delivered on time and within budgeted requirements.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: 5 years of related work experience in a facility of equivalent size and complexity, combined with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.  Other engineering or construction disciplines will be considered.  Experience: 5 - 10 years experience as an architect or owner representative in a hospital, hotel or other large property.  5 years of direct experience overseeing the design/construction of a hospital/hotel or other large facility.  Valid Driver's License Licenses/Certifications: Professional Architect or Engineer is preferred****PLEASE APPLY ONLINE AT WWW.RENOWN.ORG****
