Director of Recruitment

Riverside is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our recruitment efforts in support of a workforce of 800 full and part-time staff.  The Director collaborates with hiring managers in meeting current and future workforce needs by developing and implementing recruitment strategies and programs as well as direct responsibility for all internal job postings and external advertising, applicant tracking, new employee orientation, employee referral programs and management training on effective hiring.  The Director collects and analyzes data to ensure that recruitment strategies are successful and cost effective.  Directly supervises a staff of 3.

 Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:BA/BS with minimum of 7-10 years progressive experience in recruitingMinimum 2 years experience directing a recruitment function Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical/problem-solving skillsAbility to roll-up sleeves and manage projects with competing timelinesExperience in a not-for-profit and human services environment strongly preferredStrong computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment Must have valid license and vehicle for periodic local travel
