Director of Rehabilitation - Fort Worth

Joining our dynamic team as the Director of Rehab, we will look to you to oversee the clinical and operational activities for the facility rehabilitation team.Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:- Patient Care and Caseload management - Compliance and Quality Control - Customer Relations - Business Development - Staff management and development - Meeting financial objectives - Evaluating and treating a partial caseload of patients - Attending facility meetings - Developing and implementing new programsRequirements: - Graduate of an either an ASHA, AOTA, or APTA accredited school of speech/language pathology, occupational therapy, or physical therapy - Valid SLP, OT, or PT license.
