Director of Revenue Operations

Surgery Partners acquires, develops and manages free-standing ambulatory surgical centers in partnership with physicians in their local markets. Surgery Partners will be the industry leader at uniting medicine and business to create advocate customers and maximize economic value added for our stakeholders. Our vision is to create a network of state of the art ambulatory surgical centers that provide outpatient surgical procedures in a variety of practice specialties, leading to superior patient care and sustained financial growth. We are currently seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to join our senior management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with collections of one hundred million dollars or more of annual revenue. Responsibilities include employee management, cost containment, staffing, employee performance management, and resource allocation. 3-5 years senior management experience with medical group billing & collections and general A/R functions experience required. Experience managing at least 50 employees required. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required, masters degree preferred. Multi-site experience desired.
