As the Director of Safe Strides Program, you will:

•Develop and implement marketing plans for the growth of the Safe Strides specialty business. Develop operating, financial and marketing protocols (procedures, practices) for the Safe Strides business

•Determine market potential, competition, regulatory climate, licensure requirements and medical community support for specialty. Meet with existing and potential customers to establish fair pricing.

•Develop training programs for field staff to facilitate their understanding of the specialty.

•Maintain ongoing clinical knowledge through internal/external training programs, provide interpretation of knowledge and direction to staff.

•Recruit, interview and hire clinical and support staff required for specialty. Support performance reviews and counseling sessions to enhance potential to specialty staff.

•Assist with the preparation of specialty budget and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.



Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

•A minimum of five years experience in balance dysfunction preferred

•Three years of supervisory experience

•Business development, contracting and marketing skills desired

•Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
