The Health and Wellness Program Manager is responsible for educating both internal and external customers regarding HMA’s disease management/wellness programs, coordinating the implementation of DM/wellness products with new clients, and managing HMA’s DM/wellness program on a day to day basis.  This position assists our clients to develop communication strategies for their DM/wellness programs, including conducting employee meetings, and also serves as a consultant to our clients on DM/wellness issues.  This role is an important one within HMA and will regularly interact with clients and our Client Services Department.

 

REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3 years of Disease Management/Wellness program experience. A minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.  Licensed in the field of Healthcare (RN, MSN, LPN, etc) Project management skills. Strong analytical, statistical, problem-solving and research skills abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Team player able to work in a self-directed position involving a high degree of complexity. Proficient with MS Office suite, Power Point and Excel.
