Reputable durable medical equipment company is looking for dispatchers

 

Position Description:

 

Ø  Responsible for all driver and courier scheduling to ensure timely delivery and pickup of patient supplies and equipment. Responsible for overseeing all driver activities including accurate driver logs and completed documentation. Notifies appropriate supervisory personnel with delivery issues. Assures that all deliveries are double-checked prior to going out, and assures that all consents are properly processed in the system. Serve as a back-up for delivery technician.

 

Position Requirement:

 

Ø  Must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license for at least three years.  Basic knowledge of durable medical equipment desirable. Motivated and able to function independently.  Possesses organizational skills to assume efficient use of time.  Be able to communicate well with patients and other members of the company. Must be flexible with work schedule. Dependable in attendance and job performance.
