District Manager/Retail Manager

The Market Leader will grow and oversee the operations of the Central Florida region for one of the largest walk-in urgent care companies in Florida. To be successful in this role you must be a self starter with entrepreneurial drive and a proven history of “big successes” managing multiple locations and overall territory performance.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 Direct and assist Center Managers in the areas of staff recruitment, revenue growth, marketing company services to the community, building patient volume and ensuring the delivery of clinical quality according to company policy and procedures.Develop and implement strategies to maintain staff productivity levels in order to achieve revenue and productivity goals.Monitor and evaluate budget for individual centers and the area as a whole.Serve in a Center Manager capacity on an as needed basis. Work with other senior managers to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives.

 

Requirements

 7+ years of retail and/or healthcare management experience managing multiple locations.Bachelors’ degree.Must be able to work well under the pressure of deadlines.Experience opening new retail locations a plus.Excellent communication skills.Business development/sales experience.Healthcare experience a plus.
