Divisional Instructor I

You can help by joining a fast-paced, hard working group of caring individuals as a Divisional Instructor I. This position is based in our Education Department and will function as a member of our divisional training team.

As the Divisional Instructor I you will plan and implement training for newly hired and incumbent paid staff in the Laboratory Services Department.  This will be accomplished by performing competency assessments as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; establishing goals and objectives for divisional Manufacturing training in cooperation with the divisional training team and regional management; travel as need throughout the division (Northern and Southern California and Arizona) to conduct training and retaining activities with new and incumbent staff in department identified as Manufacturing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences preferred.  Bachelor's of Science in Medical Technology highly desired, license as Medical Technologist not required.  Must have a minimum of one (1) year equivalent education or experience.  Two (2) years in blood manufacturing or another regulated environment preferred.  Two (2) years teaching experience using adult learning principles desired.
