Talecris Plasma Resources specializes in the collection of human plasma used in therapies that help people everywhere maintain and enhance their quality of life. Continued growth at our Glendale, AZ Plasma Donor Center has created an immediate, full-time opening for Donor Processors. 

 

You will build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction, while promoting long-term donations. Duties include: determining initial donor suitability through validation of data to include obtaining/documenting pre-donation medical screening/medical history of donors; performing general administration functions such as maintaining donor files, greeting donors, answering phones; assisting management as needed; maintaining supplies and related functions.

 

Positions require a High School Diploma (or GED). Prefer Medical Assistant or Nurse’s Assistant Certificate and previous experience in a medical, regulated of cGMP environment. Must be detail-oriented and have excellent customer service/people skills.
