Donor Recruitment Director

 

The American Red Cross is committed to fulfilling the need of the American people for the safest, most reliable and cost-effective blood services through voluntary donations.  To achieve this mission, recruitment of blood donors and sponsors is coordinated through the Donor Recruitment department.  We have an opening to join the Donor Recruitment team to develop and direct the donor recruitment operation, supporting the mission of the American Red Cross ensuring achievement of annual collection goals. 

 

This position will: Establish strategic direction for recruitment efforts; ensure the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment programs; develop and oversee implementation of annual recruitment budget; develop and supervise departmental supervisors and other recruitment staff.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.  Min 10 yrs of progressively responsible sales mgmt experience is required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.  Please send resume and salary requirements to:
