We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior National Training Consultant, ECC in our National Center, Dallas, TX office.This position provides consultation, support and services to AHA ECC Field Staff, ECC volunteers, and the training network on all matters relating to administration of the National ECC Program. Manages assigned projects and programs supporting the policies and guidelines for the Emergency Cardiovascular Care Training Network. The focus of this position is support to all,ECC products and services. Functions include, but are not limited to, training consultation, budget monitoring, data collection and analysis, and managing daily ECC program support relating to national and regional programs. Will act as change agent to implement ECC national training program initiatives. Supports relationships between national and regional components of the ECC training network and national training community. Minimum Qualifications:'Knowledge of national Emergency Cardiovascular Care/CPR programs, policies and procedures'Customer service experience required.'BLS Training Center Faculty status required; also prefer ACLS and / or PALS instructor status.'Experience working with, and leading volunteers.'Ability to prioritize work assignments, meet multiple deadlines and handle several large projects simultaneously'Ability to conceive, plan, implement and monitor projects and conferences for inception through follow-up.'Ability to write and design effective training bulletins, updates and program administration guidelines.'Ability to develop, monitor, and work within an assigned budget'Ability to travel overnight, and out of state for multiple days'Multi-program computer experience desirable.The above knowledge, skills and abilities may be gained by five years AHA experience and three years experience in national emergency cardiac care programs, or by a bachelor's degree and three years AHA experience and two years AHA affiliate and/or national ECC experience (or similar experience at an allied health system), or by any equivalent combination of training and experience.Attracting talented, committed employees means offering a competitive benefits package, ongoing professional development and training, and a diverse and inclusive environment in which to work and grow.
