ECHO INTERN II, 1ST SHIFT

Responsible for performing regular Echocardiograms, setting up and assisting with Transesophageal Echocardiograms and setting up and performing exercise and Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms, to the standards set forth by the American Society of Echocardiography and Froedtert Hospital and under the supervision of staff echocardiographer or staff MD. This individual demonstrates increasing competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population. Graduate of a CAAHEP or CMA approved Cardiac Ultrasound Technology Program or a Bachelor's Degree in Ultrasonography. RDCS credentials (or completion of RDCS requirements within 1 year of employment). RDCS credentials accepted in lieu of education. Interpersonal skills (oral and written) required.
