EMR Support Analyst

Hunterdon Health Care Partners, affiliated with Hunterdon Medical Center, is seeking an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) Support Analyst. Under the direction of Physician Practice EMR / EPM Project Manager, this individual is responsible for application and end-user support of the NextGen system at multiple practice sites. Responsibilities include application building, system configuration, security, administration and testing. The successful candidate will provide support for end users via training and documentation, logging, tracking and issue resolution. Assistance with the analysis and documentation of EMR system requirements including clinical documentation, and template management.

Minimum of two years experience with information systems implementation projects in a technical or non-technical role preferred. Two or more years of experience with application support. Doctor's office, clinic, or other clinical experience is preferred. Knowledge of PC hardware, application software and networking.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with business, clinical, and technical staff. Experience in physician practice workflow desired. Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Certificate and/or Advanced Specialized Training in Application Support is preferred.
