Electronic Practice Manager (EPM) Coordinator
Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Operations, and working cooperatively with the Director of Patient Services, and Director of Information Technology, the Electronic Practice Manager (EPM) Coordinator is responsible for coordination of the implementation and training of support staff for the electronic practice management system and ancillary products introduced in the future. The EPM Coordinator is responsible for on-going development, maintenance, and utilization of, training of, and facilitating related statistical report creation and generation. The EPM Coordinator is expected to share their knowledge with the other members of the staff.
BS in computers or information systems or related area and knowledge of health-related fields preferred Prior experience in systems implementation Prior experience in training Ability to function independently, consulting with clinical and non-clinical staff, prioritizing job responsibilities and helping those involved in common projects to achieve milestones and according to project time-line Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of medical business processes preferred Experience with database organization, maintenance, and reporting
