In this new position, you would serve as a business analyst for electronic records implementations, focusing on the following responsibilities: Gathering requirements for electronic records administration Ensuring that the electronic record environment is in compliance with policies Configuring the new electronic record application over a five-year period Assisting with training and auditing performance Helping to develop a train-the-trainer program Implementing ancillary technologies, such as imaging and document management applications Providing back-up for other members of the teamRequired qualifications include: Significant experience performing business analyst duties involving large implementation projects Exposure to multiple organizations, products and industries Experience working with IT consultants, third party vendors Exposure to government regulations and statutes MS Office, Project and Visio skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred qualifications include A background in the healthcare industry Certified Record Manager status and/or experience in records management and retention Prior work in a large organization, preferably reporting to senior management ORACLE skills and exposure to document management systemsUnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
