We are currently seeking an Eligibility and Enrollment Specialist who is interested in expanding skills while working for a company that gives back to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day eligibility processes and work assignments ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the health plan’s enrollment and eligibility for all lines of business. This position performs comprehensive research in systems such as the State Web Portal and enrollment source files, as well as internal databases to verify accurate member eligibility.
Requirements:High school diploma; Associates degree in health, social services or additional college courses preferred. Any combination of education and experience may substitute for education or experience.Excellent problem solving and research skills required;Ability to function with a high degree of independence;Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills;Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs;Ability to work independently and within a team environment;Prefer knowledge of health care with a strong understanding of Colorado Medicaid and managed care;Hours are 9:30 am to 6pm.
