Emergency Veterinary Technician

Bulger Animal Hospital, located in North Andover, is offering an opportunity for Experienced Veterinary Technician. The position is full-time in the emergency department. Hours will be night and overnight with some flexibility. Our hospital is a 15 doctor general practice with 24-hour emergency service as well as specialty services in the fields of ophthalmology and surgery. Bulger Animal Hospital is part of InTown Veterinary Group that has three hospitals north of Boston. Our technicians have tremendous responsibility and have the opportunity to use their skills and experience to their maximum potential. Responsibilities can include but are not limited to radiology, medical and surgical nursing, blood and urine collection, anesthesia, assisting in surgery and laboratory work.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with skill level and experience. A shift differential is paid for overnight hours. An excellent training and mentoring program is in place to help technicians increase their skills.
