Responsibilities include interviewing and selecting, staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and clinical support to staff. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BSN degree preferred Current NJ RN license required Minimum three (3) yearsOR clinical experience with previous exposure to all applicable surgical specialties.
