Enrollment Coordinator

Senior Whole Health (SWH) provides comprehensive, fully integrated geriatric care to low-income seniors in Massachusetts. Our mission is to maximize the quality of life, health, and independence of our members. Senior Whole Health is a Senior Care Organization (SCO) and Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan, founded in 2003. The SCO model was collaboratively developed by Medicare and Medicaid.
Enrollment Coordinator - We are seeking a qualified Enrollment Coordinator to join our growing family. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: data entry of member enrollment information, manage daily membership downloads from Medicaid and perform daily audits of membership transactions. The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring data quality of all member information within the Senior Whole Health System.

Successful candidate will posses: a strong attention to detail, experience with managed care guidelines and procedures, highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and work independently as well as effectively within a team environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years prior healthcare experience.
