IWP is currently in search of talented individuals looking to start a career and grow within our company. We have immediate Enrollment opening for a Full Time position in a 11:30am -8:00pm shift.

 

Position Overview

This is not your average Call Center position! You will work in a very fast – paced environment, acting as IWP’s first point of contact by enrolling the injured workers via telephone. Inquires from potentials clients, law offices, and doctors referrals. You will be responsible for building a rapport with clients and selling them on the benefits of using IWP. Your primary focus will be inbound and outbound phone calls with prospective clients (up to 75% of the time) in which you will educate them on how IWP can assist them and gather detailed information from them in and accurate manner. You will oversee a highly involved and dynamic process and follow up with various individuals on a daily basis to ensure all prescriptions are received in a timely fashion. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years Call Center/Telesales/ Inside Sales experience

Previous experience in medical or insurance industry preferred

Bilingual Language skills, particularly Spanish, a plus
