Enrollment Supervisor

“Healthcare is changing and I want to be on the leading edge.” Matria Healthcare is a leading provider of comprehensive disease management, health enhancement and high risk pregnancy management programs for employers and health plans across the US.  We seek an experienced Enrollment Supervisor to join our Plymouth Meeting, PA office! ENROLLMENT SUPERVISORYou will be responsible for ensuring the department provides quality and efficient customer service through the daily management of assigned team of Enrollment Specialists.  The Supervisor manages the daily operation of the team to include work assignments, staffing, training, coaching and evaluating team members. We require 4+ years experience in customer service, telemarketing/inside sales and data entry. Bachelor’s degree and previous supervisory experience preferred.  The hours of operation are 1:30 - 9:00 pm weekdays and Saturdays 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.  Come join our team!  We offer a great benefits package in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
