Apply today to make a healthy and rewarding career move. In support of the Sr. VP and the VP of Investor Relations, your primary responsibilities would include:  Working with internal teams to disseminate information to the general public and to selected groups as appropriate Communicating with investors, consumers and internal/external customers Serving as a resource to the public by responding to calls in accordance with documented processes Assisting with the preparation of written correspondence Booking facilities, preparing invitations and agendas, coordinating materials and arranging catering for large-scale events/meetings Setting up speaking engagements, including making travel arrangements, for staff members Proofreading documents for accuracy Creating presentations Tracking investor information and preparing reports Managing calendars Preparing expense reportsRequired qualifications include: Significant experience providing high-level executive support Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior-level staff and a variety of market constituents Experience working in a large corporate setting Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work with very little supervision Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to change priorities quickly Strong MS Office skills Preferred qualifications include: Project coordination and/or event planning experience Proven collaboration and conflict-resolution sills Web-Ex, Concur and Adobe Acrobat proficiency College degree UnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
