Job responsibilities will include:
- Using discretion, judgment and independent decision making to deal with high level contracts and sensitive information
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Seeking opportunities to improve processes and services
- Scheduling appointments, arranging travel

Qualified candidates will possess: 5+ years providing administrative support to high level executives Strong communication skills Strong to advanced computer skills- must have heavy outlook calendering Ability to work independently, takes ownership of job
