Executive Assistant to President - Medical Supply Company $45,000-$55,000
Our client, a small boutique company that specializes in the distrubution of medical products, is seeking a self-starter to support the President of the company, as well as oversee the management of new and existing client accounts. This position entails working in a highly interactive office where superior communication skills and professionalism are needed.
The Executive Assistant will travel once a month up to 4 days for trade shows, and be involved in a once a year business European trip! Requires a polished image and outgoing, friendly personality.
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of medical administrative/executive support background, with emphasis on supporting an Executive/President, Director, etc, and preferably have experience within the DME / medical products field.
Responsibilities and duties for this position include, but not limited to:
- Organize and structure a daily list to include calls, follow-up calls, goals and activities for that day for the company's President; review with company's President and make changes or updates as needed.
- Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, draft and respond to emails throughout the day, and organize contacts and emails as appropriate.
- Responsible for making travel arrangements, including air, ground and hotel.
- Plan, prepare, and organize presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, including any product information, hand-outs, brochures, etc.
- Responsible for developing lists of potential new clients; networking with current clients and keeping up with the industry. Schedule meetings with new clients.
- Send samples and information to new clients.
- Monitor sales and prepare to discuss with company's President new promotional programs; interpret past promotional programs based on sales to determine success level.
- Ability to calculate current and perspective clients' sales potential and cost/margin.
- Preparation of all trade shows to include travel, marketing materials and booth accessory preparations; participate in trade shows when needed.
- Implement, track and document any and all post trade show contacts.
Qualified candidates will have significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
$45,000-$55,000/year + great benefits!
