This position will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Executive Office. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and appointments, interfacing with high-level executives and Board Members, preparing correspondence and presentations, maintaining schedules, handling communications including telephone messages, making travel arrangements, maintaining filing, and other projects as assigned. We are seeking a professional, self-directed individual with excellent communication skills that can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced enivornment. Candidates should have previous experience supporting a legal team, along with a minimum of 5 years experience performing detailed, complex and confidential administrative duties. Strong PC skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is essential. Experience working with executives requiring professional demeanor, confidentiality and tact is essential.The numbers tell it all.
