For over 30 years, our Brightview communities have provided outstanding and personalized care for seniors, whether for those seeking a retirement lifestyle in our independent living facilities…or for those requiring the services of Assisted Living and long-term care… or “Wellspring Village,” for seniors in need of Alzheimer’s and Memory Care services.  Our award-winning communities have come to set the standard in senior living.

 

We are currently seeking an Executive Director for our award-winning Brightview Independent and Assisted Living community, Country Club Heights, located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

 

This position comes with significant challenges and responsibilities.  It requires a high-energy professional with proven leadership, management, and operational competencies.  In this key leadership role, the Executive Director will manage the day-to-day operations of this active retirement community. This ED must lead with compassion, energy and creativity – the result is a vibrant community of where our residents will thrive in mind, body, and spirit. 

 

With our residents in mind, the successful Executive Director will have:

 

· A commitment to high quality customer focus.

· Demonstrated Leadership experience to include performance management, effective communication and execution.

· 3 or more years of progressive experience in a Senior Living or similar field.

· Budget and strategic business-planning experience.

· Demonstrated experience in achieving revenue, cost and profitability targets.

· An understanding of regulatory and compliance issues.

· Desire to be part of an expanding community and to contribute to its growth and reputation.

· Successful track record of stretch goal achievements.

· Sales and Marketing experience.
