Executive Recruiter

Immediate opening available for Senior Executive Recruiter with Fortune 500, managed care company based in Tampa, FL. The Executive Recruiter will work as part of a small team tasked with recruiting passive, executive level candidates in the Information Technology, Marketing and Finance fields. Responsibilities will include partnering with leadership to develop job requirements, succession plans, and recruiting strategy, full life cycle recruiting including creative sourcing, interviewing and closing of candidates and educating hiring managers on recruiting processes and making recommendations for improvement. Relocation assistance is offered for the ideal candidate.

 

Requirements:

 

- 10 years of Executive recruiting experience either in an agency or corporate environment

 

- Extensive and proven ability to execute creative sourcing plans to build networks of qualified C level and management level candidates

 

- Knowledge of various employment laws including EEO

 

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment

 

- Possession of outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization

 

- Ability to implement and execute plans to achieve goals

 

- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred

 

- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
