Talecris Plasma Resources, a division of Talecris Biotherapeutics, specializes in the collection of human plasma used to manufacture therapies that save and extend people's lives. Our collection operations are highly regulated and operational intensive where the safety of our donors and employees and the quality of the plasma collection are paramount.

 

As a Field Support Team Manager, you will work with the Plasma Center Managers and their teams to ensure that  Center operations are in compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements and adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Duties include managing the center to provide the most positive donor experience possible; ensuring operational excellence where employees are properly training, work as a team, adopt a culture of continuous improvement and strive towards meeting operational goals and objectives.  Will identify and monitor performance/process improvement/effectiveness; create process standardizations across centers to leverage best practices; cultivate an employer of choice reputation; document and share leading practices; and provide leadership development, training and coaching as required to staff center employees. 

 

Requires a Bachelor's degree and  3-10 years management experience with a proven success in hiring, training and developing employees, preferably in a medical or cGMP regulated environment. Must have excellent leadership, communication, customer relations and management skills and the ability to set/meet goals and objectives on time with high quality results.
